April 24th Building A Civilization of Love - Dedication to St. George Martyr


Hi Radio Teopoli Listeners,

Just reminding you all that if you missed Building A Civilization with
Frank Ruffolo on April 24th - this is what you missed.

First and foremost, the show was dedicated to St. George Martyr whose
Feast Day was Thursday, April 23rd.

Our First guest was Father Yolland Quellett, OMI from the National
Shrine of Cap- de-la-Madeleine, Quebec to discuss his upcoming May
16th, 2009 visit to Toronto at Our Lady of Cape to take part in a day
long celebration and festivities dedicated to Mary Model of Motherhood
at the Basilian Marian Shine of Our Lady of Gratitude in Toronto.

After Father Quellett, we had Neil McCarthy, Director of Public
Relations and communications for the Archdiocese of Toronto informed
us all about the media outreach public aware campaign launched by the
Archdiocese of Toronto featuring radio ads, a website, and an online
video message from Archbishop Thomas Collins and much more.

Salt and Light Television Producer and Host Pedro Guverra Mann called
in live via telephone to tell us about the next Hungry for the Spirit
Hosted by Salt and Light Television featuring an evening of music and
spiritual reflection with world renowned Catholic Artist John Michael
Talbot at St. Paul's Basilica taking place on Wednesday, April 29,
2009 at 7:30pm.

Dr. Christian Elia, Director of Office of Catholic Youth for the
Archdiocese of Toronto gave us his monthly update on youth events and
happenings throughout the Archdiocese of Toronto.

Last but not least, since the show was dedicated to St. George Martyr,
we had Dr. Selime Nakla live in the Radio Teopoli, AM530 studios and
told us all about this remarkable Saint who is the Patron Saint of
five countries including Egypt where Dr. Selime was born before
immigrating to Vatican City, then Canada.

April 17th- "Building A Civilization of Love" Recorded Episode



Hi Listeners,

"Building A Civilization of Love" for Friday, April 17th, 2009 was
dedicated to the Feast of the Divine Mercy.

Our first guest was a lay evangelist, Paul Regan of the Eucharistic
Apostles of the Divine Mercy from the National Shrine of Divine Mercy
in Stockbridge, Massachusetts's, U.S.A.

Following that interview we found out how St. Peter's
Church in Toronto celebrated their Feast of the Divine Mercy
on this past Sunday, April 19, 2009.

We also had Paul Ritchie, President of the Federaton of
North- American Explorers, (FNE) a Catholic Faith based youth movement
was in our Radio Teopoli, AM530 studio LIVE with special guests for the
International Union of Guides and Scouts of Europe composed of more
than 55,000 members in about 20 European countries and told us all
about this Catholic Faith based worldwide youth movement.



As well Mary Rose Bacani, Producer for Salt & Light
Media Foundation informed us about her upcoming Salt and Light
Television April 22nd Focus Program "Making of a Saint" about the
cause for Sister Carmelina Tarantino of the Cross.

Pal Di Lulio the President and CEO of Villa Charities discussed how
Villa Charities, the Italian Community here in Canada is lending a helping hand and relief to
the earthquake victims in Italy.

Last but surely not least, our regular monthly guest Lawyer Michael
Pasquale Author of the Lawyers of St. Claire Pro Bono Oath did his
Legal Briefs segment on Building A Civilization of Love.

"Building A Civilization of Love" Dedicated to Pope John Paul II and the 4th Anniversary of His Death

"Building A Civilization of Love" with on air host Frank Ruffolo on Radio Teopoli, AM530 on Friday, April 3rd was dedicated to Pope John Paul II and the fourth anniversary of his death.

The featured special live studio guest is Most Rev. Roman Danylak,
Ukrainian Apostolic Administrator Emeritus of Toronto and Eastern
Canada to discuss his personal insights and memories of Pope John Paul
II and also share his personal memories about Ukrainian Mystic Josyp
Terelya who died at the age of 65 at a Toronto restaurant this month
after several years of battling congestive heart failure. Just recently Michael Brown of www.spiritdaily.ca wrote a wonderful personal account about Josyp Terelya.
