Hi Radio Teopoli Listeners,
On May 1st, Building A Civilization of Love was dedicated to Mother Mary on the first day of the month of Mary and to St. Joseph the Worker whose feast day was on May 1st.
Our first guest was Campaign Life Coalition 40 Days For Life Toronto Organizer, Nicole Campbell, that gave us a rap-up report via telephone interview about this year's 40 Days For Life Campaign. Nicole also gave us a brief introduction to our second guest, Monsignor Philip J. Reilly, Founder of Helpers of God's Precious Infants, a Pro-Life Mission started in New York City that can now be found in twenty countries around the world. This exclusive Radio Teopoli AM 530 interview with Monsignor Reilly was recorded when he traveled to Toronto to take part in 40 Days For Life to give a special two day workshop to Sidewalk Counselors at the Sisters of Good Shepherd Convent in Toronto.
After the interview with Nicole Campbell, we had a thirty-five minute prerecorded Radio Teopoli AM 530 exclusive presentation that you you should really check out, featuring Monsignor Philip J. Reilly who described the remarkable and bone chilling account of the 347 New York City Fireman that all perished on 9/11 who before going into the twin towers asked one of the Priests to give them General Absolution because they said this was worse than Normandy and that none of them were going to come back alive. Monsignor Reilly was supposed to go with those fireman that fateful day but Divine Providence had another role for this truly extraordinary Priest who became a powerful witness to the truly harsh realities of the culture of death.
We concluded Building A Civilization of Love on Friday, May 1st, with Campaign Life Coalition President, Jim Hughes who talked about Exodus 2009 A Future Without Abortion, National March For Life that takes place in Ottawa on May 14th and 15th, 2009.
